Reservoir

Subdivision and development of a townhouse to the rear of an existing property in Reservoir. RenoHelp was engaged after a submission was made to Town Planning. RenoHelp discovered that what had been applied for was different to what the owner/ developer wanted to achieve. This was largely due to communication difficulties between the owner, who had recently moved to Australia, and other parties. RenoHelp assists many developers who are new to Australia.
